Village of Lions Bay - Emergency Building Expansion and Retrofit

The project will construct a 2 story addition to the Emergency building in the Village of Lion’s Bay. The addition will allow for expansion to the apparatus bays and improvements for the Emergency Operations Centre, BC Ambulance and Search and Rescue services as well. The project will allow for the multiple emergency services to properly store their equipment and have adequate office/meeting space in the building. The project works include: - construction of a 2 story addition approx. 1000 sqft.; - site preparation; - installation of electrical, mechanical and plumbing; - HVAC, communications and fixtures; - interior and exterior finishings; and, - all related works.
