Village of Lipton - Flooding Drainage Repair

The Village of Lipton is working towards alleviating flooding during heavy rainfalls and melting of snow. Currently there are areas that back up with water so heavy that the Village has to go out pumping for days to stop the water from flooding residences and destroying roads. Roads are in need of serious repair and cannot be repaired until the flooding issues are corrected. The Village is looking at directing the drainage to the natural flow that has been changed over the years from building or farmer berm building so it will need to install drains with catch basins and pumps that will alleviate the water faster.
