Village of Lipton - Lagoon Expansion

The Village of Lipton requires an expansion to its existing lagoon to eliminate the increased need of effluent releases and to meet the demand of their residents due to the inadequate storage capacity. The project will consist of construction of an approximately 36,800 cubic meter storage cell, complete with all required earthwork, transfer piping, landscaping, and perimeter fencing. Due to weather and environmental changes, an upgraded water treatment system and increased demand, the Village has an inadequate system and capacity that results in untimely discharges. The Water Security Agency has indicated that an expansion is required for further developments of the community. The project will result in an increased capacity to treat and/or manage wastewater and/or storm water.
