Village of Neilburg - Water Treatment Plant Upgrades

The main objective of the project is to address the current water quality concerns for the Village of Neilburg including the inability to achieve breakpoint chlorination due to high levels of ammonia as well as significant amounts of scale in the treatment and distribution system. The project scope includes the construction of a new underground wastewater storage tank, conversion of their existing detention tank into a new membrane transfer tank, a building expansion to house a new membrane treatment system and all required mechanical, electrical controls and appurtenances required for the new system. The output of the project is a new membrane treatment and high-quality drinking water for the Village.
