Description | A $20 million affordable housing project located at the west side of Vine Street at Polk Street in the CUF neighborhood of Cincinnati, also known as Clifton Heights. The project will provide 57 income-restricted apartments for individuals making 60% or less of the area median income. The project secured low-income housing tax credits after previous rejections and has received additional funding from HUD's HOME grant program, the city of Cincinnati, and the Cincinnati Development Fund. The project has all necessary entitlements and zoning approvals and aims to break ground by spring 2026. |
