Vinnytsiaoblenergo serves 687,433 customers in Vinnytsia region, including 670,307 households (50% of total energy sales), 1,436 industrial consumers (13%), 1,415 agricultural farms (5%) and 14,275 other businesses (37%). The company owns a 46,366 km low-voltage transmission grid with 3,722 MVA of transformer capacity. As of June 2010, according to the information disclosed to the State Commission for Securities and the Stock Market Cyprus-based Garensia Enterprises had acquired a 20.3% stake in OJSC Vinnytsiaoblenergo; while 75% of the stocks belonged to the NJSC Energy Company of Ukraine. At the beginning of 2010, a 19.8% stake in Vinnytsiaoblenergo belonged to the closed non-diversified venture investment fund Siomy (Seventh) of Kyiv-based Svarog Asset Management Ltd., which is affiliated with businessman Kostiantyn Hryhorishyn.  The sponsor is "Garensia Enterprises Ltd." based in Cyprus. It can be left as "others" because as of 3/2012 the shares no longer belong to them.
