Moskovkaya Oblast will grant RUB 7.7 billion in capital The project developer Fourth Concession Company, LLC is owned by VIS Group. The project cost is RUB 30.7 billion ($ 485.57 million). Gazprombank provided RUB 23.275 billion ($368.13 million). Financial close was reached on 12 December 2019.
