Trivon AG (“Trivon” or the “Company”) is a broadband service provider operating in Russia. The Company operates with the brand name of Virgin Connect, under a brand license agreement with Virgin. The Company provides broadband services to both business and residential customers through a combination of wireless and fiber-optic solutions and has acquired both regional operating licenses and regional frequencies. The project consists of the expansion of the Company’s services through investment in network optimization followed by the acquisition and integration of small broadband operators in Russia and growing them organically through the Company’s operating skills and expertise. The Company was founded in 2004 by a group of senior telecom executives and is headquartered in Zug, Switzerland. The Company had 300 employees as of October, 2011, with all but a handful located in Russia.
