In addition to enhancing a sustainable socio-economic development of the music sector, the actions result in an increased mobility of audiences, artists and cultural stakeholders in the cross-border area. It is also an innovating way of promoting the cross-border cultural identity and stimulating the heritage of popular and non-classical music. |
