Description | Information Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas has come up with Visakh Raipur Pipeline Project with a ticket size of 2212 INR Crores. This project in Bulk Material Transportation Pipelines sub-sector involves The current status of the project is Notice to Proceed and is being developed through the EPC route. Economic/Social Impact of the Project Laying of 14 inch dia Pipeline [approx. Length 374 Kms] from Visakh to Kantabanji and 12 inch dia Pipeline [approx. Length 166 Kms] from Kantabanji to Raipur in the states of Andhra Pradesh, Odisha and Chhattisgarh. This pipeline will have MS, HSD, ATF & SKO [PCK] from Visakh [HPCL existing Visakh Dispatch Station of VVSPL], Intermediate Tap-off at Kantabanji, End Receipt Station at Raipur along with SV/CP/IPS Stations with associated facilities en-route. Objective of the project is to evacuate the product from VR and to supply product to Kantabanji Intermediate Tap-off station and Raipur terminal to meet the demands of Odisha and Chhattisgarh onward transportation and distribution through Road |
