The Vision at Parkway will have 82 units (66 affordable and 16 market-rate) with one- to four-bedroom models. The Legacy at Cedar Lane will have 123 units (83 affordable and 40 market-rate) with one- to four-bedroom layouts. The combined projects will add 205 units and have a combined cost of roughly $112 million, financed through public and private sources including tax credit equity and county, state, and federal funding. Moseley Architects and Harkins Builders Inc. are involved in the projects. |
