 The proposed investment consists of COP a 300 billion (approximately US$75 million) secured IFC A Loan in ‘Fondo de Inversión Colectiva Inmobiliario Visum Rentas Inmobiliarias’ (‘Visum’ or the ‘REIT’) to support Visum’s 2022 – 2024 investment program in Colombia. The program includes the development and acquisition of assets, the EDGE certification for new green buildings, and the energy-saving upgrades on existing properties. Visum is a Colombian real estate fund with a diversified portfolio of industrial, office, retail, and student housing assets in 31 properties located in the Bogota area, Cali, Medellín and Cartagena, with an aggregate gross leasable area (“GLA”) of approximately 290,000 square meters (“sqm”). Visum Capital S.A.S. (“Visum Capital”), the asset manager of Visum, expects to expand Visum’s property portfolio while enhancing its internal capacities to become a market and environmental leader in the real estate sector in Colombia.
