The development includes a 119-acre neighborhood with nearly 5,000 residential units, including apartments and for-sale homes, as well as amenities such as pickleball courts, a dog park, a clubhouse, hiking trails, and a nine-acre community recreation area. The project also plans for retail, innovation and research space, multifamily buildings, senior housing, a hotel, and a medical office building. Road construction is expected to begin in 2026, with retail spaces opening between 2027 and 2028, and full completion by 2043. |
