Vivo Expansion Project

The Project will rehabilitate and expand the current 195,000 square foot facility by an additional 95,000 sq. ft. The swimming pool will be expanded and increased from 22,000 to 33,000 sq. ft; the fitness centre will be expanded to accommodate dryland training, studios, semi-private space and dry lockers change rooms; there will be additional community/multipurpose spaces and a larger office space for the Northern Hills Community Association; as well as a new indoor park of approximately 28,000 sq. ft.; and a new Research and Innovation Centre.
