Description | Anat Inc. is planning to construct a vodka distillery, Sanborn Distilling Corp., in Wheatfield. The project scope includes renovation of 10,000 sq ft of building space; construction of a 25,000-sq-ft building; and purchase and installation of racking, fermentation tanks, stainless steel piping, and milling, distilling, blending, filling and flow control equipment. The facility will have the capacity to produce 250,000 liters of drinkable alcohol and one million liters of denatured ethanol per year. TRM Architecture, Design & Planning PC has been selected to provide architectural design services for the building. Renovation is expected to begin October 2018 and new building construction is expected to begin March 2019. |
