The V.O.I.C.E. (Vision, Opportunity, Inclusion, Community, Equality) project is a pioneering social innovation initiative designed to address the foundational causes of the gender care gap, with a strong focus on education's transformative power. The project mobilizes a European consortium of experts in social inclusion, anti-discrimination, gender awareness, and non-formal education. Its primary goal is to develop a European model and toolkit that embodies a culturally inclusive vision, facilitating stakeholders who interact with children, youth, and parents to foster sustainable change and promote a gender transformative approach. Through targeted activities across multiple European countries, including France, Spain, Italy, Romania, Lithuania, and the Netherlands, V.O.I.C.E. strives to dismantle persistent gender stereotypes and facilitate the equitable distribution of care responsibilities. The project's comprehensive approach includes developing and disseminating educational resources, conducting training sessions, and engaging directly with communities to enhance understanding and support for gender equality.
