"The ""Voices of Impact"" project (VoI) aims to revolutionize social impact measurement and management by integrating the collection, analysis and verification of primary data from affected stakeholders into an AI-powered impact intelligence platform. VoI addresses two critical gaps in the impact investment market: the availability & quality of social impact primary data and its effective analysis & verification. Current impact assessments often reflect ""input"" or ""output"" levels, lacking comprehensive insights into actual “outcomes” and “impacts”, particularly within the ""S"" of ESG. Furthermore, social impact data is rarely processed, analyzed, and verified in a standardized, transparent, and efficient manner, limiting ability to generate actionable insights. VoI expands and scales leonardo’s existing impact intelligence platform while researching, developing, piloting, validating and integrating two crucial additional features: 1. Qualitative data analytics through natural language processing. 2. Automated impact verification via machine-learning powered data validation. VoI aligns with the call's objectives by fostering innovation in impact performance intelligence services and enhancing data capabilities. Its approach balances innovation and business development by experimenting, developing and testing innovative features while also preparing the way for market readiness and sustainable growth. Our consortium, led by leonardo, comprises the Technical University of Munich, and Impact Hub Trento as well as the broader Impact Hub Network. It ensures a multi-stakeholder approach combining domain and technology expertise with academic excellence and a strong network with 120+ members around the globe, and thousands of impact investors and enterprises. VoI improves social impact data availability and quality, promotes greater market transparency, and lays the foundation for better investment decisions by investors and more effective impact management by enterprises."
