The target of the project is to develop the operative collaboration and communication between the two water management organizations in the interest of the tasks concerning cross-border waters, considering the EU Water Framework Directive. A study is prepared by the participants which gives a summary of the final conclusions and issues. The study contains: - the summary of the presentations, - reminders of the study tours, - recommendations promoting the operative co-operation, - recommendations for the functioning of the infopoint, - and further project suggestions. The closing document of the project contains the recommendations for the Tisza and Catchment Area Subcommittee of the Hungarian-Slovak Cross-border Waters Committee. An infopoint is set up at ÉKÖVIZIG and SVP, to provide environmental data to civil and professional organizations. The project is inspired by the Tisza and Catchment Area Subcommittee of the Hungarian-Slovak Cross-border Waters Committee.
