completed

The wagnisWEST Residential Estate is a completed residential project located in Munich's Freiham urban development area. It consists of five heterogeneous built volumes designed to offer various communal living options, from individual apartments to housing communities with shared living rooms and cluster apartments. The estate features lively circulation zones over footbridges that provide meeting areas and views across the estate, emphasizing community and diversity with smaller apartment sizes favoring communal and outdoor spaces. The public sphere includes a wide orchard meadow and a classical enclosed town square, creating a diverse microcosm connected with nature.
