Description | The Wagon Wheel Trail project will be connecting City of La Crosse historic Downtown to the City of La Crescent, Minnesota and beyond. The project will begin at Sportsmen s Landing in Minnesota, continuing east, and terminating at the underpass of the Cass Street and Cameron Avenue Bridges in Wisconsin. It is proposed to construct a stand-alone pedestrian bridge over the Mississippi River West Channel and widen the existing 6-foot concrete sidewalk to a 10-foot concrete sidewalk along USH 14/61 |
