"""Walk & Talk"" is a Small Collaborative Partnership with the aim of creating an easy and practical way to make the whole population more physically active at the same time aware of the importance of environmental protection through outdoor sports, contributing to digital advancement and the use of technology to improve the quality of life. During 24 months, the EU organizations of Municipality of Lousada (Portugal), Centre for Health and Development (Slovenia), Municipality of Pendik (Turkey) each partner will develop sport activities to encouraging the participation in sport and physical activity. • 24 Walks - Outdoor Sport Activities for all European families be more active and concern about the importance of physical activity for health; • 12 Talks - Workshops regarding sport and health, nutrition, environment, technology, education and inclusion, because sport is a tool that can reach different. For a healthier lifestyle we must improve not only levels of physical activity but also all other elements that influence our health in general; • 1 Training Mobility - to give tools to members of staff to implement the project activities."
