Concession enterprise consisting of designing, building, financing, operating and maintaining a network of up to 6 underground car parks in Warsaw.The concession project involves construction of municipal car parks in up to 6 locations out of 8 locations indicated by the city:* Powsta?ców Warszawy Square, 300-420 parking slots,* Trzech Krzyży Square, 300-460 parking slots,* Wilsona Square (S?owackiego street), 120-150 parking slots, adaptation of an already existing parking space* Emilii Plater street, option I: 740 parking slots (already granted "ZRID": Permit for Road Investment Realization) or option II: 200-739 parking slots (change of "ZRID" required or a new building permit to be obtained)* Wybrzeże Gda?skie street, 240-400 parking slots,* Konstytucji Square,option I: 1000 parking slots (according to "MPZP": the Local Spatial Development Plan) or option II: 400-999 parking slots (change of "MPZP" required)* Bankowy Square, 250-900 parking slots,* Mariensztat Market, 200-256 parking slots.
