The project involves the regeneration of approximately 7.84 hectares of brownfield land at Warwick Bar Phase 2 in Digbeth, Birmingham. Homes England is seeking a Development Partner (or partners) to deliver a high-quality, housing-led mixed-use creative urban scheme.The development will transform these complex urban sites by integrating significant new residential homes, dedicated space for creative industries, innovative placemaking, and strong public realm improvements, while carefully respecting the area’s rich industrial heritage and character. The scheme aims to drive long-term regeneration in line with Homes England’s objectives and the wider visions of Birmingham City Council and the West Midlands Combined Authority for Digbeth as a thriving creative district. The indicative Gross Development Value (GDV) for the project is £500 million (US$672 million).
