The project includes luxury accommodations, upscale dining, a full-service spa, art and fine jewelry gallery, museum-quality art collections, ballroom, corporate event space, cultural programming including an annual Salzburg-inspired Christmas Market, streetscape upgrades, increased pedestrian activity, job creation, and economic stimulus. The parking deck will be revitalized to provide 450 spaces. |
