Description | With this procurement, the city of Atlanta seeks a developer to design, construct, finance operate and maintain the Green Acres ATL Energy Park P3 project, which will occupy 30 acres of land. The developer will also sign a contract lease period with the city for 30 years with the option to renew the agreement.The Green Acres ATL Energy Park 3P project development will process 90% of the domestic municipal waste produced at the airport. Additionally, the facility also must be capable of re-purposing or recycling more than 19,000 tons of biomass collected by the city. |
