Wastewater Treatment Plant Construction Project in Ho Chi Minh City

The project involves the construction of 6 wastewater treatment plants comprising North Saigon 1, North Saigon 2, Cau Dua, Northwest, West Saigon, and Suoi Nhum in Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam.The project aims to significantly improve wastewater treatment by inviting investments in multiple treatment plants capable of treating approximately 3 million m3 of wastewater daily. Presently, the city operates 3 urban treatment plants: Binh Hung (141,000 m3/day), Binh Hung Hoa (30,000 m3/day), and Tham Luong - Ben Cat (15,000 m3/day). In addition, ongoing efforts involve upgrading and expanding the Binh Hung Wastewater Treatment Plant from 141,000 to 469,000 m3/day, as well as the Nhieu Loc - Thi Nghe factory, which has a capacity of 480,000 m3/day.
