The project involves building a modern and safe wastewater treatment facility in the industrial zone of the Aluminum Plant (KAP) in Podgorica, fully compliant with EU standards. The construction is planned to start by the end of the year and is funded partly by a €33 million EU grant. The project aims to address the long-standing problem of untreated wastewater affecting around 150,000 citizens and the environment. |
