Description | The project consists of installation of a new UV disinfection system. The scope of the work involves the installation of a new UV disinfection system The project aims to improve the operation of the wastewater treatment facility and effluent quality. UV disinfection system to replace chlorine disinfection system, in accordance with the new Federal Wastewater Systems Effluent Regulations (CCME Regulations and the Municipal Wastewater Effluent Strategy) and recommended by our Engineer Consultant as the best suited method for our treatment system. Our upgrade is required to be completed by January 1, 2021. |
