Description	Wataniya Palestine Mobile Telecommunications PLC (the “Company”), an existing IFC client and second mobile licensee in West Bank and Gaza, has asked IFC to assist it in arranging a US$125 million debt facility to finance the Company’s continued expansion in the West Bank and Gaza along with refinancing an existing debt facility (the “Project”).
