Water and Sewer Upgrading - Merasheen Crescent - Phase 2

This project consists of upgrading water, sanitary sewer and storm sewer services on Merasheen Crescent in the Town of Arnold’s Cove. The scope of the work includes replacing approximately 250 meters of watermain complete with new fire hydrants, replacing approximately 250 meters of sewer main, and replacing approximately 250 meters of storm sewer. The road will be reinstated and stabilized through sub-excavation and imported rock fill as well as a French drain. Associated works include the installation of a curb and gutter, sidewalk, and surface asphalt. The project aims to rehabilitate aging infrastructure and provide reliable water and sewer services to residents. The project will benefit the community by increasing access to potable water as well as improving the Town’s capacity to manage wastewater and stormwater.
