Description	The project consists of replacing approximately 1,400 m of 400 mm watermain on back-country road (from the main road entering Valleyfield across the back-country to Main Street). This watermain supplies water to the entire community. The reason for the replacement is due to consistent line breaks for the last 5 years. When it fails the entire community loses water. The project supports using Little Northwest Pond as the water source for all residents of New-Wes-Valley, and will eliminate all associated maintenance and upkeep currently going into the breaks. This project will benefit the community by increasing access to potable water.
