Description | This project entails the rehabilitation of certain water mains using trenchless water main techniques. The project includes the rehabilitation of deteriorating water mains, the installation of structural water main lining, and subsequent road work. Deficiencies were discovered in the pipes, which must be repaired prior to installing the new liners. This project is estimated to extend the life of the existing infrastructure another 100 years, reduce the frequency of breaks and leaks, improve the quality of water, and improve the water pressure and available fire flows. |
