Description | Infrastructure upgrades to the water distribution system (i.e. installing a polyurethane pigging system) that will help improve the pumping system’s efficiency and capacity, as well as help address current issues with water discolouration caused by scale and debris buildup. This new system propels bullet foam pigs through the water lines, which has been proven to be the safest and most cost-efficient method of cleaning them. Includes the installation of 4 new shut off valves in strategic locations to help isolate any potential future issues within the distribution system, as well as address them in a more timely fashion. |
