Water, Sanitary and Storm Sewer Upgrades - Shearstown Road - Phase 1

The project consists of installing water and sewer in the Town of Bay Roberts. The scope of the project includes installing water lines to join two dead ends which will create a continuous flow in the area and to improve access to sewer. It will also include road upgrades aimed at adjusting pavement widths, installing new concrete curb, gutter and sidewalks and then laying new asphalt, all to improve drainage concerns, smoother road surfaces and creating a safe environment for both pedestrians and motorists using the road system. The project aims to create better water quality through the creation of a looped water system better access to sewer as well as increasing vehicular and pedestrian safety throughout the town.
