A $400,000 EGLE grant will pay for management of contaminated soil and groundwater. MSHDA and the Bay City Brownfield Redevelopment Authority are providing financial incentives. The $23.4 million redevelopment will be walking distance from the Saginaw River riverwalk when it’s finished in 2027.
