Description | The project's objectives are to improve the capabilities of CWA management and staff, the efficiency of CWA's operations, and the quality of service to consumers, and to reduce unaccounted-for water. The project would improve and expand water supply facilities in the Mare-aux-Vacoas, Triolet and Mt. Blanc areas and in 62 housing estates scattered over the island. It would also include a training component and supply of spare parts and equipment for the CWA. The project would satisfy the water supply demand in the project areas. Combined with the project financed by the Kuwait and Abu Dhabi Funds in the Mare-aux-Vacoas area, it would provide safe water improvement of service to about 446,000 consumers. |
