Water System Improvements

Project consists of upgrading the pump control system, performing an overhaul of pumps #3 & #6, performing an overhaul of the pump control valves serving pumps #3 & #6, providing a pressure relief valve at the pump house, revamping the flow meter control signal such that it can be used for various applications, replacing the aged gas chlorination system, upgrade the pH adjustment system such that it operates based on a flow proportional basis, the system controls, and to provide an emergency by-pass around the intake screen house for the municipality of Trinity Bay North. The project aims to provide overall improvements that will increase automation of this water system, and to eliminate existing deficiencies that are present due to the age of the equipment.
