Water Tower Place Major Redevelopment

A major remodel of Water Tower Place at 835 North Michigan Avenue in the Magnificent Mile area. The renovation includes repositioning the upper five floors as office or medical space, activating the lower three floors for retail use, removing escalators to create a new pedestrian arcade connecting to the Ritz Carlton and Broadway Playhouse, reconfiguring retail spaces, adding a new restaurant component on the mezzanine level, and combining the first two floors of the former Macy's for a new anchor tenant with a future experiential tenant on the third floor. The project also includes updated entrance and new signage along Michigan Avenue.
