The City of Rawlins has been granted $2.8 million by the Wyoming Water Development Commission to repair its aging water transmission line, which spans 30 miles from Sage Creek Springs to the water treatment plant. This funding will be used to replace 95 valves along the transmission line as part of a larger effort to rehabilitate the water system.
