Water Treatment Plant Assessment and Water Study Update

The project will see a complete assessment of the water treatment plant facility and its operation, along with an update to the last assessment conducted a decade ago. Deficiencies and improvements required to the water treatment facility or operating procedures will be outlined to ensure the plant is operating efficiently and complying with applicable regulations. The second stage of the project is to perform a review of all previous water system reports and provide a recommended plan for future improvements required for the entire system, along with a schedule of implementation of the works in an updated Water System Study to replace the one from 2006. Requirements to integrate a second reservoir into the water system will also be included, which will inform further phases of the Trobak Water Tower Project which is currently in Phase 1, permitting and design.
