Description | This project will provide the recommended repairs and replacement of key components required to restore engineer-designed processes. Completion of this project will ensure that safe reliable drinking water is available and reduce the potential for additional pressure on the province’s health care system. Items that will need to be replaced are: 1 x 3HP pump, 1 x 10 HP pump, 1 x 1 HP pump, filter actuators, Westech Filters Panel View 1400e, lighting panel boards, air scour blower, chlorine analyzer, pH analyzer, chlorine pumps, and injection points for the chemicals. Items that will require programming: supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) computer system, distribution control system with the programmable logic controller (PLC), and low lift control system. |
