Watermain infrastructure improvements on Bridge Street, Baker Street. and Queen Street through replacement of cast iron watermains

Replacement of 450 meters of 150mm cast iron watermain with 250mm trunkmain and 500 meters of water service piping to property line on Bridge St. Baker St. Replace 110 meters of 150mm cast iron arterial watermains with 200mm arterial watermains. Queen St. Replace 80 meters of 150mm cast iron arterial watermains with 200mm arterial watermains. Replacement of current standard sizing and all main line isolation valves and fire hydrants with properly sized pumper ports to ensure maximum fire protection. Improvements will provide adequate fire flows to approximately 250 residents, adequate chlorine residuals and domestic flows and eliminate the loss of service to all residents due to watermain breaks and service leaks.
