Description | Drinking Water Distribution for expansion to accommodate existing infrastructure pressures. Under the Infrastructure Stimulus Funding program, the City of Clarence-Rockland was able in 2010-11 to extend watermain infrastructure into two main rural villages and distribute to most residents within villages, however provisions for watermain looping were deemed unaffordable at the time. This project will complete a watermain looping for the village of Clarence Creek, (preference to complete both villages). A new section of 300mm watermain of 1.70 km in length on Landry Road between Henri Rd. and Du Golf Rd. will loop that village’s drinking water network. About 50 additional residences will enjoy access to drinking water. |
