This project will replace, upgrade and complete separation of the combined sewer system with 200mm diameter sanitary sewer and 200mm diameter cellar drain, approximately 420 metres of each. The work includes replacing, upsizing and upgrading of existing 150mm diameter metallic watermain with 300mm diameter polyvinyl chloride watermain on Snyder Avenue North, approximately 420 metres. Replacement of existing 150mm watermain on William Street with 300mm diameter polyvinyl chloride watermain, approximately 90 metres. We will replace of underground water, wastewater, cellar drain and storm sewer systems, separation of combined cellar and wastewater system, increased watermain size, replacement of road structure, curbing and sidewalk. The project will improve water and wastewater servicing for 33 properties, including a retirement residence and three multi-residential apartment complexes.
