Description | The project will rehabilitate watermains and upgrade water systems in Erin, Ontario. The work will involve replacing approximately 5,000 metres of watermain on about 21 streets, pre-laying about 5,000 metres of sanitary sewer collection piping, installing around 25 hydrants, reconstructing approximately 3,000 metres of storm sewers and rehabilitating affected roads. The project will fund improvements to local water pipes, which will increase access to potable water by increasing the reliability and capacity of the transmission infrastructure. |
