Description | The project will upgrade the water distribution system in Otonabee-South Monaghan, Ontario. The work will replace 1,355 metres of watermain on three roads along with approximately 57 water service lines, seven valves, two blow-off valves and a flushing station. In addition, a temporary watermain will be installed to provide continuous service to residents during construction and affected roads will be reinstated. The project will fund improvements to local water pipes, which will increase access to potable water by increasing the reliability and capacity of the transmission infrastructure. |
