This Funding Announcement is not a request for applications. This announcement is to provide public notice of the Bureau of Land Management’s intention to fund the following project activities without full and open competition. The “Watershed Analyses of Lincoln and White Pine Counties, Nevada & other lands of the Great Basin Project” is an ongoing project to conduct watershed analyses on watershed management units in White Pine County, Lincoln County and other lands of the Great Basin. Processes of watershed analyses assist in establishing and achieving resource objectives across these landscapes which include sage-grouse and other species’ habitats that need conservation and restoration.
