Description | The Watson Lake Municipal Buildings HVAC Upgrades project intent is to retrofit/upgrade the Ventilation and Air Conditioning systems of 3 municipal buildings that are at/beyond the end of their life cycle. The systems are not designed to current standards, create areas of stale air, do not filter and move the air efficiently, and operate with obsolete systems. The work will include: 1. Watson Lake Administration Building: Air Handling Units (AHU) replacement (3 units), Heat Recovery Ventilator (HRV) replacement, and Variable Frequency Drive (VFD) Control Upgrade. 2. Watson Lake Recreation Centre: Air Handling Units (AHU) replacement (5 units), Direct Digital Control (DDC) System Installation, Air/Dirt Separator Installation, Zone Valve Replacement, Exhaust Fan Replacement, Cabinet Heater Installation, and Circulator Pump Replacement. 3. Watson Lake Northern Lights Centre: Air Handling Units (AHU) replacement (2 units), HVAC Control Upgrade, and Unit Heaters Relocation. |
