Description | The WATT project is the rehabilitation of the WATT office building, located in the Arche Nord / Coupole-Regnault area of La Défense. The project involves the renovation and extension of the office building, increasing its surface area from 8,600 m² to 10,150 m². The primary goal is to create a modern ensemble with the neighboring AMPERE E+ building, both renovated by the architectural firm Ateliers 2/3/4/. The project includes a redesign of the facade, the creation of a base with a double-height entrance, and the installation of a cafeteria open to the public. The renovation also focuses on creating flexible and trendy office spaces, accessible terraces, and dressing rooms. The project aims to bring vegetation into and onto the building, providing a bright and green environment. Numerous certifications have been achieved, including HQE Bâtiment Durable, BREEAM NC 2016, WELL, WIRED SCORE, BIODIVERCITY, and EFFINERGIE Rénovation label. |
