Overall objective of the project is to strengthen the principles of healthy life and sport for young generation and to increase the quality of life through the improvement the qualification of trainers in Lithuanian – Polish cross-border area. Specific objectives: - Improvement of competencies and principles of healthy life for the society in cross-border region; - Strengthening of active movement and communication skills of youngsters in cross-border area; - Increase of qualification of teaching abilities in the field physical education; - Strengthening the cooperation of the borderland sport institutions and theirs initiatives. Project activities: 1. Project management; 2. "Training for Trainers"; 3. Cross-border sport initiatives for children and young people "We are active"; 4. Information and publicity; 5. Project closure. Project will foster sport and healthy life within local communities in cross-border region. The activities will target healthy life and sport importance, will organize available resources in both sides of the border. The project will bring additional value on the development of different initiatives in the field of strengthening of health, principals of active life and cooperation and organization of various activities among different organizations between Lithuania and Poland. The main target group of the Project are young people of schools and other organizations from Lithuania and Poland border.
